To our customers, who have placed an order in good faith thru "At Beverly Hills" for Magnalite Cookware: We are a Christian couple trying to do an honest business over the internet. Some of you have placed orders in September, in October, in November, in December, in January and now in February. We have tried to be up-front with you and tell you what was happening with the Magnalite factory every step of the way. We now have the closing date of March 10th as the closing date of the sale of the property. The New owner is Peter Pike, and he is trying to get a date before the closing, to allow me to go in and pull my orders to ship. We will ship as soon as we are able to do so. Complications have prevented this factory to to any of you that do not believe us, I will give a refund on your credit card at once. For you that want your Magnalite Cookware, I still say "Hang in there!" If you look at my web site, we have other merchandise than just Magnalite. We will be in this business for some years to come.
