The New Name of the company is "American Culinary Corporation".  Nong date has been set yet.  We still believe, it will be shortly.  We are not taking orders now until the factory up.    If, you want to "Hang-in-there" a little longer and get your Magnalite order shipped still at 1999 pricing, please do so and we will try to get your order shipped as soon as we can.
